Animation shows in a simplified way the process of rotation moulding of the tanks.

First step of the process is the filling of the mould (not shown), next mould is set in rotation motion to both axes and is moved to the oven, where it stays for about 20 minutes to remelting and casting plastic container. With the continuous rotation the polyethylene powder particles stick to the hot mould walls and melts. In this way the process is carried out to complete melting of the powder.

In the next step, the oven is opened and mould with product passes to the cooling area. At the same time the second mould is moved into the oven from the other side. After cooling the mould is opened (not shown) and finished containeris pulled out of the mould. The whole cycle is repeated from the beginning.
